National Council
As the republic has not yet established territory, the Interim National Council operates under the provisional terms of Amendment I to the Constitution. Members serve through appointment and voluntary service until territory is established.

Must be 30 years of age or older

Must be of sound mind and character
Oath of Republic
Must take the official oath before commencing duties
Until such time as the republic has established territory, whether temporary or permanent, the legislative powers described in Article III shall be exercised by an Interim National Council, constituted under the following provisional terms.
The Interim National Council holds all powers granted under Article III. This body will be dissolved and replaced by a fully elected National Council no later than five years after the establishment of territory.
Members are seated through appointment or voluntary service. No electoral districts or voting processes apply during the interim period.
